|Facilities:||An historic building located at the center of this quaint lakeside town. Included upstairs is a two bedroom apartment which includes large living dining area, kitchen, full bath, wash room and balcony. (private entrance). Located in the heart of Main Street between 1st & 2nd, this is the hub for evening dining and local entertainment, as well as the heart of most every city event (Oktoberfest, Wine Festival, Street Fairs, etc.). Known for the best fishing west of the Mississippi and cleanest air in the United States, Lakeport is a slow paced resort with great local clientele and a favorite for returning visitors.
Small bar and kitchen with mostly used equipment. Fully functioning and profitable. Kitchen is in need of moderate repair and updating.|
|Competition:||A unique offering, in that The Tavern offers food as well as craft beers and wine. Although catering to a different customer base, the only real competition near Main Street is Park Place (more of a restaurant, less a bar). Across the street is the Clearlake Club (full bar no food). Down the street is Drinx (offering food and drink, open at night only).
