Facilities:Our basic service, referred to as Existing Systems Review, is really quite simple. We review all the services and equipment that a business client uses to communicate. That includes cell phones, local service, pagers, long distance, calling cards, conferencing, data, internet, and more. Our clients are often not familiar with the products and services they are currently using because of the confusing environment in telecom. We prepare a professional report summarizing the services received and costs incurred. We then advise the client about how to recover over payments and how to receive equal or improved service, for less expense. If we find ways to save them money and the client likes what we’ve recommended, the fee is an equal portion of the savings for a specified period of time! During the term of the contract with the client, we continue to evaluate their needs and will bring forward additional recommendations that create additional savings for the client and additional fees for our Franchisee. Ultimately we’re creating a recurring revenue stream with our existing clientele
Growth Potential:Because our opportunity is a full turn-key opportunity, and we train each Franchisee how to perform all functions in their business, a day in the life of a Schooley Mitchell Consultant varies widely. Though our Consultants can hire employees to augment any aspect of their business, it is also easily managed independently as well for those that don’t wish to have staff. Some days they may do more of one thing and less of another, and the next day could be completely different! However, those who work steadily and follow our best practices will grow a very successful and vibrant professional consulting business. The only limits are those placed by themselves, their motivation, and their capabilities.
Training/Support:7 days initial training at our corporate offices. 3 days additional training from the Franchisees office. As well, all of our new Franchisees will be assigned to a Business Development Advisor at the corporate office who will work with them through their first 10 clients. Tremendous on-going provided in every facet of the business.
