The Dos Cabezas property consists of seven patented mining claims in the historic Dos Cabezas Mining District in Cochise County, Arizona. The property contains the historic gold-silver-lead-zinc mines of the Climax-LeRoy Group. The claims are located two miles northeast of small town of Dos Cabezas, Arizona which is situated 15 miles southeast of Willcox in Cochise County, Arizona. Access is excellent via Interstate 10 to Willcox and then Arizona Highway 186, an all-weather, paved, two-lane, shouldered road. The property is accessed by the Hurtado Ranch Road, a well-maintained gravel road that connects with Highway 186 one mile west of Dos Cabezas and leads to the property 1.5 miles northeast. The mines are situated near the base of a northeast-southwest trending ridge that forms part of the Dos Cabezas Mountains.  Please contact Chris Smith at Sunbelt - Phoenix for a Business Opportunity Summary with more detailed information.

Growth Potential:The historical mine workings on the Climax-LeRoy-Oneida veins have been developed along only about 25% of vein structure (roughly 1,500 feet of 6,000 feet of visible strike length). Ore shoots have been identified and mined on an even shorter strike length. Given the mapped extent of vein structures on the surface and the confirmation of surface mineralization by outcrop sampling and analysis, it is clear that the potential exists for the discovery of additional high-grade lead-zinc-silver-gold mineralization in the veins outside the existing mine workings. In addition, tungsten mineralization was identified in the northeastern claim block area in the 1980s but has not been systematically evaluated for its economic potential. Surface and diamond core samples have assayed up to 0.32% tungsten trioxide (WO3) in this area. A focused, aggressive exploration program including geophysics, detailed geologic mapping, sampling and drilling could lead to the discovery of significant additional precious and base metal resources on the property.
