The additive is packed as a 1 x 20kg unit in a box; and as 20 x 1kg units, also packed in a box. Additive is to be diluted by the end users in a ratio of 1:9 with water (20kg unit + 180 liter water, or a 1kg unit + 9 liter water).
Another advantage of being manufactured and supplied as a concentrate, is that the product does not require much packing space, and a concentrated product is much cheaper to distribute.
Product is also available in liquid bulk (1000 liter units after a 1:9 dilution) if end users so require, and are willing to pay the extra transport costs.
Business Future Forecast: The business has growth potential. Business is easy to relocate. New owner needs to bring in additional products, e.g. plasticizer, release agent, coloring oxide etc.
The business must upgrade from a "Toyota" into a "Ford Mustang" business.
Reason for sale: Recovered and gained for God's economy; definitely not retiring.
