Candidate Requirements:
The best agency owners are self-driven, analytical thinkers who know how to juggle the intensive responsibilities of sales management, client priorities and small business needs.

•5-10 years experience in sales, business or management, start-up experience a plus
•Strong community presence with an established network of personal and business contacts
•Authorization to work in the U.S.without durational restrictions
•Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
•Willingness to complete licensing requirements as per State law; insurance experience a plus
•A bachelor's or related degree to business, management, entrepreneurship
•At least $50,000 of investment capital (not a fee/payment to Allstate)
