Requirements:

The best agency owners are self-driven, analytical thinkers who know how to juggle the intensive responsibilities of sales management, client priorities and small business needs.

5-10 years experience in sales, business or management, start-up experience a plus
Strong community presence with an established network of personal and business contacts
Authorization to work in the U.S. without durational restrictions
Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
Willingness to complete licensing requirements as per State law; insurance experience a plus
A bachelor's or related degree to business, management, entrepreneurship
Facilities:Based on market research and projected trends, Allstate is looking to expand in the following areas: -Muskegon, Wyoming, Grand Rapids, Grand Haven
