This has established a culture where supplemental rescue drivers are not necessary to complete routes, because their drivers have been trained properly to finish their routes early without assistance. Employees are supported by being well equipped, trained and taken care of through a variety of incentive programs. This has resulted in lower driver turnover. Growth Potential:

Marketing is not necessary since they work directly for Amazon as their only customer. There is a strong potential for them to receive more routes before the end of the year. With increased fuel prices, Amazon is renegotiating its contracts with FedEx and UPS. Training/Support:

The Seller is willing to provide training at 30 hours per week for 4 weeks for the new Owner. Additional training can be made available at a mutually agreed upon cost to the new Owner.
