This Bar and Restaurant with over 50 craft brews on tap is currently operating as a franchise location at a prime location in SW Florida.  The franchise agreement has expired in September of 2019, which allows new ownership the option to re-brand the restaurant to avoid the 6.5% franchise and marketing fee on revenues.  There are three managers and 15 other employees who would all stay if needed.  The restaurant operates with a beer and wine license but could acquire a full liquor license with new ownership.

Competition:

There are a handful of other craft brew restaurants or brewpubs around but none within a 5 mile radius.
