Training/Support:

The Little Gym provides best in industry training and technical support to ensure successful transition of an operating gym to new ownership. Prior and during Buyer assuming franchise operations, the Franchisor provides full access to curriculum, training, marketing and operational tools, including business and curriculum Boot Camps and onsite business and operations training including a dedicated Fast Start team. Once transition of the business is complete, the Franchisor provides business consulting, training and guidance as needed to support daily operations. To further ensure a smooth transition of the business to Buyer, Seller will, at no additional cost, provide post-sale Management Services and Training to ensure seamless transfer.
