Wolf-Air Compressors & Euphotic Steel Cylinders are currently aimed at the diving, mining, fire shelter and confined spaces industries, (both commercial and recreational,) predominantly in Australia. The past five years has seen Wolf Air Compressors Pty Ltd export to New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Future plans to increase export sales to these and other markets in the near future would assist in further growth to the business.
In addition to manufacturing and selling Wolf Air Compressors, we have begun importing other products that complement our business.
Euphotic Steel Cylinders was created to import steel scuba cylinders from Czech Republic as well as enable us to market additional products under the Euphotic umbrella. (EG masks, snorkels and fins.)
Form of ownership: Both Wolf Air Compressors and Euphotic Steel Cylinders are proprietary limited companies.
Company history: Wolf Air Compressors established in 1980. Wolf Zeidel was the founder of the business. Paul Twikler purchased this business in 2001 as it had a strong reputation in the diving community. The Wolfair brand is know by all areas of the diving industry. At this time, Wolf Air was run as part of a dive shop and charter operation, (North Lakes Dive Shop and Euphotic Commercial Diving Services, Port Lincoln.)
Wolf Air is a brand that is known for it’s quality through out the diving industries in Australia and Asia Pacific region. (Refer to company statements for sales history.)
Wolf.Zeidel is still manufacturing the frames in his Lonsdale workshop
The successful purchaser will be free to manufacture the frames in -house or sub contract it to there choice of manufacturing.

Our target market is retail dive shops, commercial divers and recreational divers, mining and confined spaces.
Our industry is expanding. Mining and aquaculture operations in Australia continue to grow and we believe our products will continue to be sought after. Due to the occupational health and safety laws in Australia, these industries require clean, breathable air from a product that meets Australian standards. As the standard operating procedures become more stringent in these companies, our products will become even more desirable.
