10 cabins, 10 RV sites, marina with gas, bait house, boat house 18 dock slips, charter boats, rental fishing and pontoon boats, 80 acres of excellent deer hunting land with elevated heated stands, fish houses, plow trucks, track vehicles, lodge with saloon & grill, offices, and large owners living quarters. Competition:

Lake of the Woods is the premier destination for walleye throughout the mid-west. We have the premier resort location on Lake of the Woods. There are several resorts in the area which is beneficial, and we all work well together.

Growth Potential:

We are profitable and the resort will cash flow and we are at about 40% occupancy levels. We have never done sport or trade shows, sought corporate or bus trips, or tried referral incentive programs. New blood and promotion will be rewarded very well in all areas: Cabins, campground, charter fishing, marina, saloon & grill.
