This brunch was opened in January in a small town. It took off at first but slowed down. All equipment is for sale. Some new: castle grill, stand-up cooler, stainless steel corner sink, under-the-counter freezer, on-the-counter ice machine, convection oven, sadlle stools, and two stainless steel tables. Some used: cappicinno machine, milkshake maker, tables, chairs, salad bar, hot bar, soup warmer, cash registers, and many odds and ends.
